Terms and Conditions for Online On-Demand Course

These Terms and Conditions govern the use and participation in the online on-demand course titled Masterclass: How to Market and Sell IT Services, delivered by Rolands Ozoliņš ("Course"), including coaching services ("Coaching") provided by IBD Consulting, SIA, a company registered in the Republic of Latvia with registration number 40203095010 ("Provider"). By purchasing and accessing the Course, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility Restrictions

• This Course is unavailable to individuals residing in Russia, Belarus, or Iran.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

• A 21-day money-back guarantee is provided from the date of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued in the amount received by the Provider in Euros.
• Any transaction fees, currency exchange fees, or commissions charged by the payer's payment service are non-refundable.
• To request a refund, contact [email protected] within the 21-day period.

3. Access to Materials

• Participants receive access to all course materials for a period of 58 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• Coaching may be included as part of your Course, depending on the package purchased.
• After 58 days, access to both the materials and any included coaching services will expire automatically.

4. Licensing and Use of Content

• All course content is licensed for personal, individual use only.
• You are not permitted to:
• Share content with third parties
• Publish any part of the content publicly
• Use any part of the content in your own training programs
• You must obtain written permission from the Provider to use any content beyond personal learning.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights in the Course content remain the sole property of the Provider.
• No part of the Course may be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed without written consent from the Provider.

6. Coaching Services

• If included in your package, coaching is accessible for 58 days.
• Sessions are scheduled via the Kajabi platform’s scheduling tool.
• Coaching sessions are conducted online only.

7. Data Processing and Communication

• By participating in the Course, you agree that your personal data will be legitimately processed by IBD Consulting, SIA to provide the respective services and to continue email-based communication after the Course.

8. Platform Terms

• In addition to these Terms and Conditions, your participation in the Course and use of your personal data may also be governed by Kajabi.com platform terms and policies.

9. User Conduct

• Participants agree to maintain respectful and professional behavior in all interactions with the Provider and during coaching sessions.
• The Provider reserves the right to terminate access to the Course without refund in the case of abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.

10. Technical Requirements

• Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have access to a reliable internet connection and compatible devices to access the Kajabi platform and use Course materials.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Course is provided “as is” and for educational purposes only.
• The Provider does not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.

12. Limitation of Liability

• The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Course or Coaching services.

13. Payment Terms

• Access may be suspended or revoked if a scheduled payment fails or if a chargeback is initiated.

14. Service Provider's Right to Revoke Access

• The Provider reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to revoke access to the Course and refund the full amount received.
• This decision may be made for any reason the Provider deems appropriate.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.

16. General Provisions

• By purchasing the Course, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
• The Provider reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
• Continued access to the Course following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
